Also, I enjoyed it being on an RQI manikin instead of in a class with other people. It felt like less pressure and gave me the chance to practice before each hands-on exam without feeling like eyes are on me to hurry up.

A great experience overall! I was nervous coming in as I had only ever done the online portion and no hands on CPR before, but the program was very easy to follow and made the experience easy and stress free. Facility was also easy to find with plenty of parking available.

I cannot recommend this impersonal option at all. Been certified BLS since 1992. Been on over 20 real codes, in and out of hospital. Taught CPR/BLS for years and can unequivocally state the testing parameters of the (my) adult mannikin were too tight and do not, can not, reflect a provider's ability in a real situation. Trust me, all be well if you vary rate and depth 5-10% over the course of a 10 minute code. And you will! It failed me four times with scores never broaching 30%; Inaccurate, unreal and unbelievable. In the middle of my third attempt, the ORG calls me and someone says she can help me over the phone! Oh Good Lord! How, I wonder? She has no advanced certs and has been BLS for only 4 months. She's there to handle technical questions, she says. Outsourced customer support or CPR...BS. I bailed and will find a real evaluator, someone I've worked with in the field, someone who really knows, not an electro-mechanical linked manikin on a computer driven algorithm. I worry for the next generation...

I just did my skills portion of BLS. This was the best EVER. Everything on computerized manikins. This way you make sure you know what the depth and rate of compressions feel like for all ages. You also get the rate and depth of the squeeze on the BVM for all ages. If you don’t get it right you can take a break, practice and go back and get it right when you’re ready. This is so important and I’m so thankful for Same Day CPR of Salisbury. The virtual monitor was very nice, made me feel comfortable and gave encouragement. I highly recommend Same Day CPR. I did the online portion at home yesterday, uploaded completion certificate to Same Day CPR, made appointment for 10:00 AM today and now I have my AHA BLS card. It doesn’t get any easier than this. They give you a walk through video of the site, door codes etc. It’s such a good feeling to know I passed! Thank you Same Day CPR!!!! What a great idea!!

I have been saying for a long time that I wanna be CPR certified. I finally did it. The online course/modules definitely explained everything. And the self serve/in person skill test was definitely a good idea. No pressure. Highly recommend recommended 10 out of 10.

Great experience, seamless process with excellent instructions

I had a great experience with Bayside CPR. The training method was simple, convenient, and very effective. I did the blended learning method, finishing the online portion at home before attending the hands-on skills session. The instructions for accessing the training room and navigating the setup were clear, and they also sent helpful emails with tips to ensure we were prepared and successful.

I really liked the virtual assistant format for the hands-on training. The computer analyzed the quality of the chest compressions and ventilation in real time and provided immediate feedback. Instead of waiting for everyone in a class to complete their skills, I was able to practice briefly if I preferred and then complete the skills test independently. The entire hands-on session took only about 20–25 minutes, making it an efficient experience.

I would definitely come back again when it’s time to renew my certification in two years!

Super simple and well thought out...
My ONLY complaint... it would be nice to raise the table with mannequin on it, or be able to do it on the floor.
Im 5'9" and felt uncomfortable doing chest compassion.
IF there was an adjustment on the table I could not find it..
There was a step stool for shorter people.

Dont let the front of the building scare you.
Go in the left door of the brick building.
Skills room is straight inside beyond the waiting area.
There is a bathroom inside too.
Through hallway door, turn right.. go straight.
Plenty of parking.
I was about 30 minutes early and since the room was empty I went ahead and did my skills check off.

Nurse here - this was 10/10, seriously. The ease of booking, self-paced learning, and instructor free skills…absolutely amazing. You’ve got a customer for life!

Pluses- local, on demand and timely. Easy transition from on-line portion to skills training. Great when in need of fast process. Slightly costly for a nonsupervised 20-30min use and add on fees for cme/certication. Latter should be included.

Convenient and quick

Went to facility for the skills portion of the BLS training and was very impressed. Location was extremely easy to get to thanks to the clear instructions given in the email. Easy entry into suite and area was extremely clean and organized. Computer was running smoothly with no errors. Will recommend to coworkers and friends

The detail that goes into this is amazing! From the directions to getting into the facility to the input provided from the simulation, this process made renewing BLS so efficient and simple. Will be using this for the future and recommending to anyone else who needs AHA BLS certification!
