Everything from start to finish was excellent. The online course goes at your pace based on skill level. The youtube videos and emails explaining everything from the office access and location and key reminders for a successful hands-on portion was super helpful. I work in Manhattan and although my hospital offers BLS training this was super convenient and close to home!

Lastly, this was my first time doing the hands-on portion of BLS without a human trainer, but I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless the process was and direct and helpful the feedback was from the computer program.

The office and location — very easy to access if you follow the directions emailed to you and watch the youtube video of best door to enter at the back of the building. I went on a Sunday, where there was only cleaners in the building, I was slightly nervous because it was empty, but it was completely safe. If you are worried, just book during the week when the other offices are open.

Lastly, the office was clean and equipment very well maintained.

Overall, phenomenonal experience that is close to home and incredibly convenient.

PRO TIPS:

1.) Read theemails in depth and have them on your phone for when you are accessing the building

2.)Watch theYouTube videos that are emailed to you to pass the hands-on portion of the skills exam quickly and on your first try

3.) Remember your username and password to login. To the computer for your skills session
Clean, efficient, clear instructions via email and videos. I had a question and was able to contact them through text- great communication and service! Very helpful! In and out within 25 minutes for my BLS skills check. Highly recommend!
Was very easy to navigate. Would definitely do this course again.
Will be back in 2 years to recertify
Poorly managed. This location requires entrance through a shared office space that may or may not be open when you need it to be. There’s no one physically present to unlock the door and the doors to the office space can be locked in the mornings, apparently. Scheduled for a 7am, was told by the customer support I’d need to wait until the doors Auto Unlock, possibly at 8am but they’re unsure as they can’t open it themselves. Contacted the building, contacted customer support. I was offered a $5 dollar discount for wasting my time. Seems to have convenient times, but a waste of a morning if you have any problems (or schedule early, I guess).
Overall it was a positive experience for the first time using this type of CPR Hands on Skills lab. The room was very small and got very hot quickly. The person on the speaker was difficult to hear and understand. Terminology of “DONT INTERRUPT” should be explained because I thought it meant KEEP GOING, DONT STOP, when it meant stop and don’t interrupt #2 Rescuer. Once I knew that it was a lot easier. Definitely less “forgiving “ than a manned skills lab. 2 person CPR was actually easier here than with real people, and I liked that. Shared public bathroom needs some tidying up.
Didn't get my card on the time line they promised.
Ive gotten recertifications in cpr many times as a healthcare worker and same day cpr is by far the easiest and quickest way i’ve been able to get my certification! If it’s your first time getting a certification it may be a bit challenging if you are unfamiliar with the equipment, but there’s more than enough resources provided to you to help you along the way! Overall highly recommend!
This was such a seamless experience!! It was my first time using the RQI system and I loved receiving feedback in real time about my performance.
Very organised setting and for real a learning skills station! I would recommend to everyone. Step by step guided skills, easy to follow.
This was the greatest CPR experience I have had! The computer walks you through each step, and it was a smooth and quick process! The entire CPR recertification through the American Heart Association took less than 24 hours.
This was the Best and Most Efficient way to get certified. I will be coming back in 2 years!
Easy access, simple and straightforward.
I was stressed going into this, even though i’ve been certified for over a decade! But I prefer this method over any! The immediate feedback and practice mode made the experience top tier! Thanks so much!!!
Very easy to navigate & convenient!
This was my first time doing the skills portion of BLS, while having remote assistance via camera. I think it will be easier now in the future, since I did it once, but the assistance was phenomenal without even needing to have to ask for help!!!! Thank you!!!!!
I needed a cpr course last minute for my nursing school admission and this was available to sign up for. I enjoyed it! it was Simple and at your pace well worth it! The virtual instructor tells you exactly how you should be doing compressions and ventilation, so if you’re having any difficulty watch the modules!
Easy to get too and efficient way to complete BLS instead of being in a class all day
Fast, simple, and a secure area. Honestly, this is where I’m going to go to get certified and renew from now on!
Easy and painless. Good feedback was given.
Super organized, effective, and efficient.
Super easy and convenient. I think the infant BVM is broken though because majority of the time the computer wasn’t registering on the computer. I’m wondering if there was a hole in it.
This made my experience renewing my CPR certification sooo easy!! Thank you!
I had a great experience with the one-day CPR training. The one-on-one setup using a manikin and laptop was surprisingly very effective. At first, I was unsure how it would work without an instructor physically present, but it exceeded my expectations.

I actually found it easier to focus on performing high-quality CPR since I didn’t feel self-conscious about others watching me. The real-time feedback from the manikin itself, combined with hands-on practice, helped me truly understand and improve my technique.

For the first time, I felt like I genuinely learned how to perform quality CPR. It’s an amazing and innovative way of teaching, and I highly recommend it!
